Associate Business Reporting Data Analyst

The Opportunity:
The Associate Business Reporting Data Analyst will be responsible for interfacing with Global Brand Team Leads, conducting data analytics, supporting product development and supply chain through special projects, and ensuring data quality. The primary objective is to provide actionable insights to management for informed decision-making, ultimately driving business success.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Interface with Global Brand Team Leads:
Conduct regular meetings with GBT leads to review data and business rule requirements. Participate in team working sessions to understand business processes and provide recommendations for business planning. Active listening is crucial to grasp business challenges and identify areas for data-driven solutions.
- Data Analytics:
Analyze established and newly sourced data pools to create business reports. Synthesize insights and recommendations for management action. Work independently to articulate reasons behind variations in data that are unexpected. This role significantly impacts decision-making at the senior VP level, driving organizational success through informed choices.
- Support Product Development and Supply Chain:
Participate in special projects and task teams, providing data-driven insights and support. Train teams in data awareness and reporting tool functionality. Effective project and time management are essential for successful analysis and support in cross-functional projects.
- Data Quality:
Collaborate with PDOps System team to identify and address data quality issues. Raise awareness of data quality concerns and provide examples for targeted data quality efforts. Quality data ensures accurate decision-making processes.
The annual base salary for this role is $77,000.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Education Preferred: BA/BS (4-Year College/University Degree)
- Typical Number of Years of Experience: 0-2 Years with Masters, 2-3 Years with BA/BS
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Data Visualization (Tableau/PowerBI/Other), Technical Data Analysis skills
- Other Requirements: Graduate of Data Science or MIS program
