Generalist Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met
- Fabricate and assemble parts according to specifications
- Perform tooling changes and adjustments as needed
- Use calipers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions
- Program and operate CNC machines
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in CAM programming for CNC machines is a plus
- Experience with press operations and assembly is beneficial
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus
