**Job Description: Enrollment and Marketing Coordinator**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Enrollment Management**: Assist in managing the enrollment process for new and returning students. Work closely with partner schools to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
- **Marketing Coordination**: Help coordinate and implement marketing campaigns designed to increase student enrollment and promote brand awareness.
- **Campaign Tracking**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Serve as a liaison between Britestar, partner schools, and external marketing agencies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing and enrollment strategies.
- **Event Planning**: Organize and participate in promotional events, open houses, and other activities aimed at boosting enrollment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of marketing metrics and enrollment data; prepare reports for senior management.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a K-12 enrollment role, with a proven track record of success in school choice programs.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with K-12 schools or in a remote education setting.

Pay: $51,530.00 - $54,604.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
