**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Complete work as directed by the immediate supervisor.
- Work with other members of a line or group to assemble products.
- Work with Product Development and Quality to develop prototypes, assemblies, and methods.
- Perform all work to meet quality and safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Document actions and products by completing required quality and production forms.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience working in a clean room environment.
- Must have at least One (1) or more years of assembly experience.
- Must have Microscope AND Soldering experience.
- Use of small hand tools (IE: rulers, calipers, cutters, tweezers, etc.).
- Use of various equipment (IE: UV Curing Station, Hot Air Guns, Soldering Station, Pull Tester, etc.).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, quick learner
- Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors.
- Understanding of ISO / FDA Quality System Requirements and guidelines.
- General knowledge of lab safety, MS Office and reading written instructions and specification drawings.

**ADVERSE WORKING CONDITIONS**

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
