**Your Pay**:

- $20 - $25/ Hour-
**Your Day-to-Day Duties**
- **Answer employment inquiries** quickly, professionally & knowledgeably.
- Schedule & conduct applicant **interviews.**:

- Conduct applicant **reference, criminal background & motor vehicle checks.**:

- Conduct applicant **drug screens.**:

- Schedule, conduct & update **Care Pro orientation & training.**:

- Work Cross-Functionally to **coordinate Care Pro Schedules.**:

- Use office **software system **to monitor, mediate & log client & Care Pro activity.
- **Prepare & publish monthly newsletter.**:

- Monitor compliance for **local & federal labor / safety laws.**:

- Demonstrate **open & effective communication** cross-functionally.
- Participate & contribute to office-wide **educational programs.**:
