Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the department or team
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve overall business objectives

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong math skills for analyzing sales data and financial reports
- Previous experience in wireless sales or related industry preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
