Bistro by the Sea is looking for a seasonal Manager from the end of May-end of September. We are a few weeks away from opening and looking for someone to start immediately.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the dining room, including supervising staff, coordinating reservations, and overseeing table assignments
- Train and mentor dining room staff on proper service techniques, customer interaction, and menu knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
- Maintain accurate records of sales, reservations, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving overall dining room efficiency and profitability

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is required
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proficient in inventory control and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in hospitality management or culinary arts is preferred

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $21.71 - $26.15 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
