**WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A CHEF**
- Prepare weekly meals in a timely manner that adhere to clients’ specific restrictions
- Plan customized menus for weekly clients and catering events
- Prepare high-quality meals for in-home dinner parties and drop off catering events
- Assist with grocery shopping as needed

**YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE**

DEPENDABLE -- You show up on time to work every day prepared to give your best effort.

METICULOUS - Attention to detail is essential in this position. One wrong ingredient can send someone to the hospital.

COMMUNICATOR -- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CREATIVE - You can produce a variety of creative menus for weekly and catering clients

PROBLEM SOLVER -- When you see a problem arise, you are quick to look for and propose solutions..

TEAMMATE -- You work well with others in a collaborative environment to achieve a common goal

**DO YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS?**
- Extremely detail-oriented so you can prepare meals tailored to client allergies and ingredient exclusions.
- Experience working with special dietary needs
- Knowledge of how to substitute ingredients to create a final product that wows our clients regardless of their preferences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen and remain composed
- Excellent knife skills, knowledge of butchery and food safety
- Well-versed in a variety of cuisines and gourmet food preparations
- Private/personal chef or catering experience is bonus
