**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Craft engaging social media content that leaves clients and potential partners wanting more.
- Master the art of conversation, sparking connections and building relationships with ease.
- Take charge of outbound calls, reaching out to new agents, retaining existing ones, and ensuring satisfaction after inspections.
- Be the detective of the real estate world, uncovering hidden gems and opportunities while networking.
- Coordinate marketing materials with finesse, strategically delivering our message to the right audience.
- Discover and cultivate relationships with area real estate agents who share our vision, inviting them to experience the unique benefits of partnering with Lambert Home Inspections.

- Proficient in social media management and content creation.

**Compensation**:

- Base pay starts at $31,200 annually, with the opportunity to earn $60,000-$70,000 with our commission plan.
- This role rewards go-getters who are willing to put in the effort to achieve their desired salary.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $70,000.00 per year
