Carpenter's Helper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Helper to join our team. As a Carpenter Helper, you will assist our carpenters in various construction and renovation projects. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and basic carpentry techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist carpenters in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood materials
- Operate power tools and hand tools under the guidance of experienced carpenters
- Assist with the installation of doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Help with the assembly of framework, including walls, roofs, and floors
- Aid in trim carpentry tasks, including molding installation and finishing touches
- Assist in the restoration of damaged structures or areas affected by water damage or mold
follow instructions to ensure accurate construction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Carpenter Helper or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Familiarity with electrical work and plumbing tasks is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
- Mold remediation or water damage restoration experience is a bonus

Note: This is a paid position.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
