**Job Duties**:

- Research and understand potential business clients and their expansion needs.
- Call researched potential clients to offer financing solutions that would help them expand their operations.
- Handle inbound Customer Service calls, and assist callers by taking Loan Applications, providing Loan Application status, and answering customers' business questions in relation with the Company's loan products.
- Support the Company's Loan Origination needs.
- Arrive at work on-time for all shifts.
- Achieve company performance goals, including origination of at least 2 business loans per month and at least 20 business loans per quarter.
- Take part in continuous training in company policies/procedures and industry regulations
- Consistently represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Perform related duties as asssigned by supervisor.
- Grow your client portfolio to 100 customers per year. Loan Amounts range from $1 Million to $200 Million.
- Dedicate 1-2 hours a week to Business Lending continuing education.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Project Management or related field.
- or Bachelor's degree with professional certification (CPA, CMA, PMP, etc.)

**Compensation Package**:

- $78,000 to $98,000 per year (paid biweekly)+ Generous Commissions & Bonuses
- Commission Pay beyond minimum results
- 30% to 60% Annual Bonus depending on performance.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
