Description:Planet Aid is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Station Manager. This is a confidential job posting for a critical role within our organization. The Station Manger will oversee warehouse operations, manage collection routes, and ensure the efficient processing and transportation of donated items to our processing facility.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, and organizing donated items.
- Coordinate collection routes and placement of bins, ensuring efficient collection of donations.
- Supervise satellite staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Address customer service issues related to donation bins.
- Collaborate with the processing facility to schedule timely transportation of items.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and supervise staff as needed.
- Perform collection routes and pick up overflows as required.
- Audit drivers and routes.
- Coordinate truck and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements**:Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, two-year college degree preferred,
- 3 years of relevant experience (Warehouse/box truck) and 1 year of supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workflow.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and sustained driving within DOT standards.
- Ability to work in a truck/office/warehouse setting with exposure to elements.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
