**Overview**:
As an early education teacher you'll play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children. You'll create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and promotes respect, kindness, and empathy.

Observe and assess each child's progress and development and communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's achievements and challenges.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum that meets the needs of all children.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Build strong relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues based on trust, communication, and mutual respect.

Serve as a positive role model for children, demonstrating patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.

**Qualifications**:
Compassion, patience and empathy are a must

Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.

Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for working with children and making a positive difference in their lives

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00/hour.
