**Responsibilities**
- Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems.
- Collecting, registering and archiving information and documents by the applicable GCP guidelines for clinical studies, both for local and international studies.
- Assist the clinical team with preparing, handling, distributing, filing, and archiving
- clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard
- operating procedures.
- Assist CRAs and RSU with the preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial
- Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
- Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
- Adhere to Research SOPs.
- Adhere to Good Clinical Practice and Study Protocols.
- Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while working.

**Skills**
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Awareness of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical
- Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH).
- Understanding of proper patient identification methods.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, outlook, basic Excel and Word programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual **(English and Spanish - Required)**

**Experience level**:

- Required: 1-2 years of relevant clinical research experience

**License/Certification**:

- Certified Phlebotomy Technician **(required)**
