DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

- Job Title: Assistant Office Manager
- Location: Northwest Houston
- Pay: $22-$30
- Hours: Mon. - Fri. 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Duration: Temporary but for the right person, could become permanent.
- Description of Duties: Office administration which include maintaining records, scheduling, invoicing and billing, staffing, managing calendars and scheduling technicians, and events. Customer and vendor relations, marketing and sales support, process payroll, negotiating with vendors, ordering equipment, and assist with annual tax filings and W-9's.
- Requirements: Office management experience including, payroll, employee onboarding, invoicing, computer savvy to ensure office operations and systems are properly functioning, and some tax knowledge required.
