Janitorial Lead

We are looking for a Janitorial Lead Associate who has experience cleaning large facilities, as well as leading a team of Janitorial associates. This person will be responsible for cleaning inside and outside the warehouse and assigning responsibilities to associates.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm

Location: Litchfield Park, AZ

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, including buffing and floor care.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills.

**Experience**:

- Janitorial Lead: 3 years (preferred)
