**SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Gather, analyze, and report data accurately on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.**:

- Develop and run ad hoc reports, and act as SME for ADP WorkForce Now.
- Perform audits on employee, benefits, and company data to ensure compliance.
- Communicate effectively with a wide variety of employees, departments, senior leadership team, and external vendors.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- **Pull and generate reports from ADP HRIS system as required, which may include: Headcount, Turnover, Excess Labor, Compensation and other HR Trends/Benchmarks.**:

- Ensures accuracy of HRIS system for HR compliance and reporting.
- Assists in counseling employees concerning work-related problems and explains HR policies and programs.
- Organize the onboarding process to support new hires from acceptance to clearance in ADP WFN.
- Assist with the recruitment process including creating job descriptions, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and coordinating between recruiting agencies and management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate offer request details.
- Manually track and monitor onboarding process to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate scheduling of orientation/training sessions with hiring managers.
- Coordinate preemployment testing (background checks, drug & alcohol screening).
- Set up new hire record in ADP WorkForce Now and update records based on HR transactions.
- Manages I9 process including I9 verification, reverification and Everify.
- Document new hire issues and partner with the appropriate point of contact for resolution.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- **Bachelors in HR or Business-related field.**:

- 3 5 years of HR analyst experience.
- Experience using ADP WorkForce Now.
- HR certification preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to gather and interpret company data efficiently and accurately.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of small multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Must communicate effectively and be proactive in support of problems and solutions.
