Refinish Technician

**Responsibilities**:
**Surface Preparation**:Assess and prepare surfaces for reglazing, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing any imperfections.
Remove old coatings, adhesives, or sealants as necessary for a smooth and clean substrate.

**Color Matching and Customization**:Mix and match coatings to achieve desired colors or patterns, providing customization options for clients.
Follow specifications and client preferences to deliver tailored reglazing solutions.

**Bathtub, Counter, Vanity, and Shower Reglazing**:Specialize in reglazing a variety of surfaces, including bathtubs, countertops, vanities, and showers.

**Quality Control**:Inspect reglazed surfaces for quality and adherence to industry standards.
Address any imperfections, bubbles, or irregularities to maintain a high standard of work.

**Customer Interaction**:Communicate with clients to understand their reglazing needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional manner.

**Workspace Maintenance**:Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper disposal of materials and waste.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Surface Reglazing Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of various coatings and materials used in reglazing.
- Ability to work with a variety of surfaces, including bathtubs, countertops, vanities, and showers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

**Education and Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional training or certification in surface reglazing is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces.

Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Anaheim, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
