**Job Type**: Part-time with Full-time potential

**Salary Range**: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

**Caregiver/PCW **Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
- Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
- Performing housekeeping activities
- Meal Prep
- Transporting to and from appointments
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Dementia care
- Companionship activities such as reading, music, games, puzzles, etc.

**Caregiver/PCW** **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience working with the elderly
- WI State CNA certification a plus
- **Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle**:

- Pass a drug test and background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
