E-commerce Specialist

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Specialist and be part of a thriving online retail environment. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales platform, optimizing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through various digital channels. This position supports the e-commerce line of medical office supplies who will act as the point of contact within the organization for our medofficedirect product line. This position requires accountability, responsibility, and ownership regardless of how the product line is performing.

**Duties**:

- Operational continuous improvement of website to manage sales, marketing, and pricing
- Engage in tracking customer sales metrics as KPI and Balanced Scorecard for executive review
- SEO responsibilities to track engagement and response web issues
- Solid understanding of the economics of commerce
- Ability to do linear regression analysis of sales vs. ads, as well as develop new techniques to measure performance
- Utilize organizational skills to manage inventory and product listings
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze market trends to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies
- Implement outbound sales tactics to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with product selection and order processing
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase average order value
- Manage the sales pipeline to track leads, conversions, and revenue projections

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in E-commerce or related field (1 year minimum)
- Proficiency in E-commerce software platforms (Knowledge of Magento a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with outbound sales strategies
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales support functions
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline
- Ability to use Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Bachelors Degree in finance, economics, marketing, engineering, or business
- Ability to demonstrate linear regression marketing processes
- Occasional requirements to lift up to 25 lbs and transport materials within the building

Pay: $18.67 - $20.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
