Microblading Artist

Job Summary:

- providing a more customized look for our clients in a high-end luxury atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience in microblading, lash liner, lip blush and/or corrective permanent makeup. This position is an independent contractor position. Pay rate is TBD- DOE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Build solid clientele by providing exceptional service at the highest standard.
- Be a team player
- Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization, and cleanliness of the overall treatment room.
- Responsible for proper sanitization of implements according to medical spa protocol and the California Department of health regulations.
- Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of medical spa including maintaining the cleanliness of your station and common areas.
- Help with marketing and promoting microblading/permanent makeup services to build and maintain clientele.
- All other duties as described.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have proof of Hepatitis B vaccination
- Completion of a blood-borne pathogens exposure control training program
- Minimum of 1 year of training/experience
- Strong verbal communication and listening skillsStrong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public and with medical spa team.
- Self-learner and who is comfortable at educating clients on products and services offered.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented
- Exhibits sound judgment.
- Forms strong working relationships within team.
- Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
- Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.
- Scheduling is flexible and is determined by the manager and each artist based on medical spa scheduling needs and artist availability.

Pay: $5,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
