Overview:
We are currently seeking a Packager to join our team. This position will focus on creating pre-rolls and bucking down harvested plants (the process of removing buds for trimming). In addition to making pre-rolls and prepping plants, you will assist with packaging, trimming and harvesting as needed. This is a fast paced position which requires a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to repeat similar tasks throughout your shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grind flower and make pre-rolls using commercial equipment
- Operate hand tools to breakdown harvested plants and prepare buds for trimming
- Follow company SOPs and protocols
- Assist in packaging pre-packaged flower, edibles, and concentrates as needed
- Assist in trimming harvested plants as needed
- Assist with cultivation tasks (defoliating, staking drippers, etc.) as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work in different locations (Rockford and Belding)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
