L.O.F. is looking for a Warehouse Manager for it's Corporate Headquarters in Elkhart, IN.

We are looking to add a leader who can drive our quality and get the job done

Our company is over 49 years old and has been on Cassopolis Street in Elkhart for decades.

This is not related to RV industry. We are an eCommerce company that sells on Amazon, eBay and more.

This is a great opportunity with a rapidly expanding company that can lead to big things.

This position is responsible for the LOF, Inc. facility at 1739 Cassopolis Street in Elkhart, IN 46514.

Very competitive salary for this first shift position. We understand the market and will be competitive.

This is a hands on working Manager position.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute formalized inventory procedures, helps implement additional procedures.
- Can conduct physical inventories as well implementing detailed cycle counts to create measurable inventory accountability and eliminate need for physical inventory.
- Accesses inventory in Quarantine, develops plan to address.
- Identifies excess inventory, develops plan to reduce.
- Further improve receiving process ensuring proper SKUs, counts, packaging, etc.
- Identify opportunities to improve incoming packaging to optimize for shipping.
- Identify opportunities to further reduce shipping and packaging cost.
- Complete understanding of all shipping requirements for UPS, USPS, FBA, WFS, etc.
- Refine warehouse layout to increase efficiencies taking into account FIFO, POU, Visual Management, High Velocity, etc.
- Identifies, prioritizes, develops and implements complex cross-functional inventory control process improvement projects that include forward-thinking on project introduction/development/implementation.
- Develops and implements strategies to simplify process, improve accuracy, and improve operating efficiency.
- Performs audits to ensure compliance to all processes and to measure effectiveness.
- Provides appropriate direction and support to team members to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of inventory controls systems and procedures.
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
- Make sure that good quality production of products is on time.
- Supervise and inspire a team of workers and review the work performance of subordinates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years inventory management experience, including overseeing large inventories and audit procedures.
- High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
- College degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Military experience is a big plus

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Excellent leadership ability.
- Proven organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem solving ability.
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Must obtain LOF, Inc. license to drive warehouse vehicles within time requirements.
- Excellent computer skills required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Lifting items of up to 75 pounds required.
- Ability to operate at heights up to 30 feet required.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time required.
