St Mary’s Manor a 17 bed facility is now hiring for part-time 2nd Shift, hours 3pm-11pm and full time 3rd shift, hours 11pm-7am.
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to our resident. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring support.
*Responsibilities**:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Monitor and record vital signs. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Meal preparation, medication reminders, medication administration, housekeeping and laundry.
Requirements**:
- Experience in senior care, assisted living. Knowledge of caregiving tasks including ADLs and vital sign monitoring.
Familiarity with memory care and behavior management techniques - Ability to provide direct support with compassion and empathy.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
Join our team of dedicated Caregivers and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
Must have ALL CBRF certificates including; Standard Precautions, First Aid, Fire Safety, Medication Administration.
Must have a TB skin test prior to hire.
Minimum of 1 year experience working in an assisted living.
Must work every other weekend and every other holiday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
