The Abstract Tax Lien Typist is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of abstract and title documents in accordance with established policies and procedures while meeting deadlines. Prior experience reading title or examining abstracts is a plus.
The position is seasonal and is temporary. It could lead to a permanent position but typically we receive projects and need assistance from March through the end of August, September or even as late as mid-October.
Competencies.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow-through and to follow
company procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
