- As an RBT at Building BLOCS, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality ABA therapy and speech services to young children with autism. Our unique approach is guided by the evidence-based Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), making us a leader in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement play-based ABA therapy programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including BCBAs and SLPs.
- Engage in naturalistic and fun therapy sessions that promote meaningful progress.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior data.
- Actively involve and educate parents and caregivers in the therapy process.

**Qualifications**:

- RBT certification
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a nurturing and engaging environment.
- Previous experience or coursework in ABA and speech therapy is a plus.

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
