JOB SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a flat work foreman, you are responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction, and maintenance. Physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of the team. Organizing and loading construction materials, and moving them to work areas. Coordinating with other companies for heavy equipment and other essential supplies, and working with other departments or agencies to ensure project completion.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

○ Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably concrete finishing.

○ Proven experience managing crews.

○ Reading project plans, drawings, specifications. (Grades)

○ Must have a Valid Driver’s License

○ Experience with heavy equipment.

○ Detailed knowledge of OSHA guidelines, safety regulations, and best practices.

○ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

○ Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

○ Ability to travel. Occasional for out-of-town work.

○ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

○ Must be punctual and dependable

Pay starts between $28 and $35 per hour

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
