**$3,000 sign-on bonus Rates for LPN up to $35. Rates for RN up to $45.**

- Our LPN and RN shifts are 8 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. We offer sign-on bonuses and shift diffs for each shift We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios, to prevent an unsafe work environment.
