**Job Summary**

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to be based remotely within the U.S. and work with our talented, skilled, and passionate team on technical solutions. This individual must have superior client service skills, a solid understanding of project management tools and techniques, and a knack for breaking down large-scale software projects into manageable parts.

**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate outstanding project control, ensuring project plans, budgets, and scope control exceed expectations
- Provide effective project management through impact analysis, leading project scope negotiations, and managing evolving project requirements
- Identify and assess business opportunities for process improvements
- Adhere to project schedules and deliverables, prioritize project needs, and coordinate issue resolution
- Manage project delivery, scope, and client satisfaction, while communicating updates and progress to clients and leadership

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to firmly manage scope, schedule, and budget
- Effective team player who is self-motivated and proactive in improving processes.
- Demonstrates integrity, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
