Medical Scribe

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans. **Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in real-time
- Transcribe medical information including medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficient in transcribing medical information accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
- Ability to type quickly and accurately

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
