**Key Responsibilities**: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency. You will answer phones, handle billing inquiries, and payments, coordinate prospecting activities, cross-selling, and set personalized insurance reviews. You'll also handle tasks such as entering leads, claims follow-up, and other tasks as needed to support the agent.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
