**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and bartending techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proven ability to manage a team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Experience with POS systems is a MUST
