Shipping Supervisor

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Supervise shipping and receiving operations
- Coordinate and prioritize orders for shipment
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Manage inventory control procedures
- Oversee loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff
- Implement process improvements for efficiency

**Skills**:

- Experience in warehouse management
- Proficiency with forklift operation
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to manage inventory control effectively
- Understanding of e-commerce shipping practices
- Proficient in materials handling techniques
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
