**Introduction**

Arrow Marketing was founded in 1995 and has grown to become one of the nation's largest retail and event sales and marketing companies. We’re on the hunt for a talented, experienced direct sales manager that is looking for a high-income position by tabling at Hershey Park and offering our client’s clean energy solutions to park goers. We operate in dozens of states, sell across multiple different industries, and work with the greatest brands in their space.

**Position Summary**

Our Brand Ambassador Manager will identify, train and manage new members of our Hershey Park and regional retail sales team. Our Managers work in the field and with their teams at all times to drive consistency in approach, quality of sales, and overall production. To be an effective Manager you’ll need to lead by example by engaging prospective customers inside of the park and, advise on the benefits of choosing their energy supplier and enroll customers on the spot. A typical enrollment takes around 10-15 minutes and a Brand Ambassador should expect to enroll at least three customers per hour.

**Job Duties / Responsibilities**
- Conduct compliance reviews of our booth set ups and Brand Ambassador performance
- Attract and retain elite sales talent
- Lead by example by engaging prospective customers in retail locations by initiating conversations
- Source and secure new retail locations to partner and operate sales booths within
- Meet or exceed team sales goals set each month
- Provide one-on-one coaching and training in the field to help the team meet or exceed sales goals
- Lead team meetings and trainings by supporting leadership initiatives and demonstrating optimal execution of talk tracks, dress code, booth set up, etc.
- Motivate and create positive, uplifting work environment

**Qualification Requirements**
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holiday shifts
- Strong people and leadership skills
- Experience in the deregulated energy or very similar fields
- Tested, proven managerial experience
- High emotional intelligence
- Self-starter who approaches work with integrity and passion every day
- Ability to commute reliably to retail/park/event locations

**Expected Deliverables**
- Having each Brand Ambassador average at least 3 sales per hour
- Team of 5 Ambassadors selling at least 250 sales each week

**Compensation**
- Base Salary + Commissions paid weekly
- OTE $125,,000+

**Physical Demands**

This position involves some standing and moving in an outdoor environment. It requires standing in one location, except during meal and rest periods. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, stooping, and kneeling are also required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay

- Hershey, PA: Relocate before starting work (required)
