**About the Company**:
My Gym is a vibe A really fun, positive, happy one
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It’s also important that you be a “people person” as interacting with parents and their children is a primary role of our team members. You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include admin work, day-to-day cleaning of equipment and toys, and customer service.
**Who are you?**

A warm friend. A team player who follows through and always gives Reliable and communicative. Our kids will bond with you, so ghosts need not apply
**Your **skill set**:
- A genuine love for young children - from babies to upper elementary ages
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week, **including weekends**:
- Commitment to training hard and taking direction well/easily
- Stage presence - if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you
- Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do - it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy)
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- A background in dance, sports, theatre, OR fitness is a huuuuge plus
