Construction Biller

Titan Roofing, Inc. is the premier commercial roofing, sheet metal, and restoration contractor of the northeast. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, self - starter to join our Accounting Team as a Construction Biller in our Corporate office in Springfield, MA. **Responsibilities**:

- Generate monthly progress billing with appropriate back up.
- Create Time & Material billing from Extra Work Orders.
- Set up new projects in the ERP System.
- Final Billing, Retention and Change Order administration.
- Project Closeout, Confirm Manufacturer’s warranties and waivers.
- Posting Cash Receipts.
- Organize and file digital records.
- Communicate with customers about open issues.
- Maintain vendor database.
- Assist with month and year - end close.
- Work closely with the Project Managers.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree or higher
- Prior construction industry experience in Billing, AR or AP.
- AIA billing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary**:$50,000.00 - $55,000.00** per year
