**Responsibilities**:
Security guards are responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of a company's employees, visitors, and associated property.Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entryObtain help by sounding alarmsPrevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassersControl traffic by directing driversComplete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signaturesMaintain the environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controlsMaintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques

**Qualifications**:
Valid Security Officer class D license issued by the State of FloridaMust have a valid FL Driver’s LicenseMust have your own reliable transportationMust be able to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnightProfessional demeanor and appearanceComputer knowledgeExcellent customer service skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferredMust have a Smartphone
