**About us**

We are a woman-owned General Contractor, looking for a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join our team.

We're looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee the management, planning and implementation of construction projects from inception to completion. Your experience and expertise as a project superintendent will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, Project Managers, and our internal team to keep everyone up to date on project issues and progress
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Serve as the face AZTECA during the construction project
- Be responsible for large projects that may take several months to complete

**Requirements**:

- Reliable transportation
- Experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read blue prints and estimate jobs
