**Job Description**:
**Join Our Team as a Part-time Yoga Instructor**

**Company**:Mental Health Clinic**

**Location**:Camp Pendleton, CA**

**Schedule**: Monday through Friday between 0600-1800. HCW shall be on duty for 20 hours each week. Services not required on federal holidays. Specific schedule set by government supervisor. HCW will not exceed 40 hours per 2-week period.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum one-year full-time experience within the last three years as a Registered Yoga Teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance.
- At least 200 documented hours in formal Yoga training.

**Core Duties**:

- Offer Yoga therapy to aid patients' therapy for injuries and stress related to military training and combat.
- Confer with patients about medical histories and stress/pain issues.
- Assess soft tissue condition, joint quality, muscle strength, and range of motion.
- Develop patient treatment plans incorporating Yoga techniques.
- Promote the use of Yoga Therapy for fitness and overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and health attendance records.
- Provide proper instruction in Yoga mat work and relaxation techniques.
- Independently monitor class participants to ensure proper technique and equipment use.
- Follow safety practices and ensure a safe environment for therapy.
