**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts to maintain efficiency and quality service
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in food preparation and service when necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the food industry, with knowledge of catering, bartending, and food service management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Previous experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to conduct interviews for new hires

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
