The Arroyo Roble Resort is looking for a new team member for the maintenance department. The Arroyo Roble Resort is a time-share resort founded in 1983 on Oak Creek in Uptown Sedona. This position deals primarily with engaging with guests to respond to and fix maintenance requests received along with custodial duties pertaining to the upkeep of our common areas and general grounds work. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Thursday - Sunday, with the hours of 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

Job Duties:

- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, issues
- Coordinate with team members to accomplish tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and upkeep.
- Respond to and engage with guests in a helpful and professional manner.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
