Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. You'll be at the forefront of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless check in/out experience. as the first point of contact for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and special requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfactio

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
