**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Superintendent **for our growing and expanding solution-based construction management firm with the following superpower traits

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry
- Preferably someone with experience in the trades as a foreman or skill worker
- CSL certification required
- OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certified
- Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations
- Effective leadership abilities

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
