**The Opportunity**:
We're seeking a **Chemical Blender/Compounder** for our Woodridge facility. The position requires accurate and carefully completion of all chemical batches according to the specific details from batch instructions. The position is focused on quality products being manufactured and delivered to Dober customers on a timely basis.

**The main responsibilities will include**:

- Lifting 55 lb. bags of product and raw materials on a routine basis, throughout the workday.
- Blending batches as necessary, while adhering to strict manufacturing instructions
- Assist with the organization of chemicals for manufacturing, according to batch card specifications.
- Learn and Operate manufacturing oven equipment.
- Perform product quality control checks.
- Learn to perform quality control checks and report any production issues.
- Responsible for product staging, production and packaging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of both batch and warehouse area.
- Will be required to wear proper PPE equipment as necessary.

**Qualification needed for this position**:

- 1-2+ years of experience working in warehouse environment or manufacturing environment
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Situational Awareness
- Strong communication skills

**Additional Experience Preferred**
- Experience in manufacturing environment.

Occasional Overtime opportunities on Fridays.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
