**QUALIFICATIONS**

1. APICS / CPM certification a plus.

2. 1-2 years experience with a closed loop MRP/DRP/ERP or other formalized manufacturing system.

3. 2 year degree in business or related field, or equivalent related work experience.

**PERFORMANCE SUMMARY**

1. Plan and buy material on a daily basis based on MRP system requirements and Orion inventory policies.

2. Audit materials requirements for pegging to top level demand, safety stock, lead times etc.

3. Planning parameters for assigned raw items
- reorder points, safety stock.

4. Expedite and de-expedite purchase orders on a daily basis as needed.

5. Advise on component price increases per Orion policy.

6. Work with other Orion departments as needed on new part requests, pricing and lead time requests.

7. Assign part numbers, description info etc to forward to the Item Master Coordinator.

8. Assist; coordinate payables with receiving & Easton Payables.

9. Attend company training as required.

10. Backup data entry support as needed.

11. As needed assist in developing replenishment systems for supplies. Reusable requisitions, Kanban’s, etc.

12. Participate in materials quality issues, Material Review Board.

13. Coordinate the requisition of boxes with the graphics for such boxes and box certification.

14. Other projects as assigned.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
