**Assignment Start Date: 05/06/2024 ASAP START**
- **13 Week Duration | Nights | 12-hour shifts | 36hrs**

Travel Offer:

- Estimated Weekly Total: $2,498
- Stipend included: $1,274
- Hourly Pay: $34, O.T: $42.50
- Travel reimbursement: $500

**Job Description**:

- **May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse**:

- Coordinates total nursing care for patients
- Participates in patient and family teaching
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

**Nurse to patient ratio**:1 to 4/5
**Average daily patient census**: 22

**NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).**

**Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.**

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- **2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required**:

- May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
- **CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
- BSN preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Vermont
- Compact Allowed
