**This role will focus on**:
This role will be part the Aftersales Returns Department; responsible for working directly with customers to process product returns (RMAs and/or RGAs) and the subsequent transactions as required for all three WM Inc. facilities (Wilmington, Lake Forest, and Pipersville). This role will work closely with the engineering and repair departments to properly assess the product issues and direct returns to the correct facility for processing.

**What you’ll be doing**
- When product enters our facility, we are responsible for it. For it to be accounted for it must be Arrived. This needs to be transacted on the same day.
- Fulfilling requests for Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and Repair Goods Authorizations (RGAs). This requires the initial collection of information, providing customers with proper forms and instructions, following procedures and guidelines identified through the final reconciliation and disposition of material and/or credits with the Finance team or the return of repaired product to customers.
- Creation of replacement sales orders when requested.
- Processing of the returns that have arrived. This includes; inspection, determine that the correct item has been returned, determine if the item is in salable condition (which in turn determines if the customer is eligible for a credit), complete an ITF (Inventory Transfer Form) showing the adjustment for the returned item. You need to be able to make the inventory correct. In the case of incorrectly shipped item, be able to remove the shipped good and add back the physically returned product.
- Post order assistance from providing shipment status, tracking and proof of delivery information.
- Working in conjunction with Warehouse personnel, ++0customers, After Sales team, Engineering and Repairs.
- Processing unauthorized returns and refused shipments.

- Determining the condition of the item received.
- Understanding what the customer wants to do.
- Timely processing of returns
- Following up and completing existing issues (the lingering returns on our shelves)
- Working on task prioritization will help improve your time management. This should be a priority as it affects your efficiency and productivity.
