**Position Summary**
The Sales Ops Specialist I is responsible for working closely with sales and customers to promote effective communication between all parties and to coordinate the overall customer experience. Our customers are at the core of our business and the Sales Ops Specialist I is the chief liaison between the company and the customer. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-moving team focused on helping our customers converter to clean, green, renewable energy. We are looking for a dependable person with a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to grow and learn professionally.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Completes full project milestone tasks such as completing welcome calls, requesting and collecting required documentation for lender approval, scheduling and reviewing site survey reports, reviewing contracts, and populating opportunity information.
- Maintains detailed records of customer interactions by working within the company's Customer Relationship Management system.
- Creates and conducts meticulous reviews of purchase orders to ensure their precision and completeness for task approval.
- Establishes organized customer folders for project documentation.
- Identifies and escalates customer concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Assists in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issues
- Create new Projects and conduct new Invoices for new projects during the NTP stage.
- All other duties as assigned within scope.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for engaging with and assisting individuals.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Experience interacting with customers as a representative of the company.
- Effective verbal and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and relationship-builder.
- Proficient with G Suite and Salesforce.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales support: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish (preferred)
