**Position: CSR/Sales Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and representing the EmV brand with enthusiasm

Pay: $803.35 - $967.48 per week
