Waitlist Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all Waitlists (HCV and PBV site based) according to HUD regulations and HCR Administrative Plan.
- Develop processes, procedures and tracking relative to selection from all Waitlists.
- Process removals of all ineligible applicants (PBV & HCV) from all waiting lists
- Perform monthly /quarterly mailing to top of list applicants
- Supervise and manage administrative waitlist clerk(s).
- Perform Informal Reviews
- Process opening and closing of Waitlists as required by HUD and Administrative Plan
- Coordinate and develop procedures/activities required for updating and soliciting Wait Lists.
- Manage SharePoint activities relative to Waitlist, updating HUD Forms, intermediate between IT and operations.
- Update Initial Briefing Video and all internal recert, move and briefing packets on a regular basis.
- Monthly reporting on all wait list, SharePoint and various activities
- Update the Project Based Voucher Monthly Report
- Perform word processing, database management, copying, printing, scanning, filing, mailing, tracking and other administrative functions and tasks as needed.
- **All other duties as assigned.**_
**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional progressively responsible experience in a related field.
OR
- Work in fields such as administrative project management, property management, public assistance, human service, or affordable housing.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
